Dan Bilzerian Shows It’s Good to Be Rich and Indifferent in BLM PSA

Dan Bilzerian has released more than a few crazy videos over the years.
Dan Bilzerian PSA

Viewers have seen the “King of Instagram” shooting high-powered weapons and driving tanks over cars, among other audacious stunts. But his latest video isn’t one designed to get likes and favorites on social media, but rather one he was compelled to make after getting into some trouble with the federal government.
Bilzerian was forced to film a public service announcement (PSA) for the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) about shooting guns responsibly on federal land, part of a plea deal he cut with prosecutors after he was accused of creating an explosive mix and then blowing up a truck cab on federal land, sending debris over hundreds of yards.
While he was able to agree to a plea that took the felony charges down to a misdemeanor, part of the agreement was that he would help make a PSA about how to act on public lands as if you actually know what polite society is about.

Performance Lackluster, Room Anything But

The video was released on Wednesday, and included some incredible contrasts. Bilzerian offers the kind of stilted delivery usually reserved for hostage videos, while filming the video surrounded by some incredibly entertaining props.
“As an avid shooter: remember to shoot responsibly and follow the rules,” Bilzerian begins in a monotone inflection. “Public lands are for everyone’s use. Be responsible when shooting and clean up the area you are shooting in so others can enjoy the land.”
It’s the kind of standard boilerplate you’d expect from a video of this type: don’t misuse exploding targets, be aware of local and federal laws, and so on. Important information to be sure, but not something that one would imagine Dan Bilzerian would be excited about sharing with the world, and it shows in his monotone and unenthusiastic delivery.
That said, there’s still plenty of fun to be had in the watching, especially when the camera pans out and we get a better view of the room Bilzerian is filming in. Off to the left of the screen, there’s a homonymous action figure that appears to be wearing the same outfit as the real Bilzerian in the shoot. On a counter in the background, there’s a powerful rifle and an animal skull flanking the PSA star on either side.

Massive Portrait Dominates Video

But the centerpiece of the room, and arguably of the video, is the incredible portrait that is hanging behind Bilzerian while he speaks. The large painting appears to depict the social media playboy standing triumphantly above a poker table, with scantily clad women clinging to each of his legs.
Cash is flying throughout the picture, while in the background, someone is riding a Segway scooter while wearing a diaper and holding what appears to be another bag full of cash. While it has little to do with responsible land use, it’s certainly entertaining.
Along with the video, Bilzerian also uploaded outtakes to his Facebook page earlier this week, which showed him questioning the somewhat incongruous lines he was being asked to parrot back in the video.
As for the actual product, he finishes with a line that was probably meant to be humorous, but falls just a little flat given Bilzerian’s uninspired performance. “Jail? Let’s not do that again,” Bilzerian says as the PSA concludes.
Somehow, we think the Instagram King got the last laugh himself on this one.

Dan Bilzerian to Host Poker Event Featuring Giraffes

Poker bad boy Dan Bilzerian who’s recent BLM public service announcement effort seemed to
come across as underwhelming for audiences everywhere is now looking to give something back.
Later this month he plans to host a charity tournament in his luxury Hollywood Hills mansion.
Announced earlier this week, the charity poker tournament will be part of a larger evening of revelry featuring a string of celebrities, including Steve Aoki and Dan Fleyshman.
The initial idea for a charity event was coined by superstar DJ Aoki, but knowing he needed some help he reached out to his friend and poker player, Fleyshman.
The entrepreneur is a master at creating a buzz around events and to help the cause he put in a call to social media king and party animal, Dan Bilzerian.

The Bilzerian Touch

Asking if the millionaire playboy could host the event at his luxury pad in Hollywood, Fleyshman was pleased to report that Bilzerian not only agreed to be the host but he instantly began making suggestions on how to make it much more than a charity tournament.
As it stands today, Aoki’s original idea has been transformed into an all out VIP party complete with giraffes, fire breathers, mermaids and a guest list of secret celebrities.
As well as a poker tournament for charity, Aoki will be performing a DJ set and, according to the event’s official website, there will be a host of “surprise guest performances” throughout the night.
As well as inviting the elite of the poker community to ante-up in Bilzerian’s Hollywood mansion, the trio is giving away five all-expenses paid tickets to the event.
To enter the competition and win tickets to the party, airfare, a one-night stay in a hotel and transfers, all people have to do is click a simple link and fill in their details to enter the prize draw.

US Residents Can Join the Action

Anyone that does this before the 05:00pm (US/Pacific) deadline on April 15 will be in the running for one of the five packages.
The prize draw is only open to people living in the US, but thanks to the social media prowess of Bilzerian it’s likely there will be some extremely interesting videos and photos to come out of the event when things go down on April 18.
For anyone eligible to enter but unsure whether or not a party hosted by Bilzerian will be any good, a quick glance at his Instagram and Twitter accounts will provide a quick and definitive answer.
In fact, such is Bilzerian’s love of partying that it’s got him into trouble on more than a few occasions.
The latest incident took place at the close of 2014 when it was alleged he kicked a female night clubber in the face.
Fortunately for Bilzerian the situation didn’t escalate into a court case which meant he was free to continue his crazy antics until the next time.

Dan Bilzerian Flys Over Coachella In A Helicopter

Dan Bilzerian Flys Over Coachella In A Helicopter: Why Does He Have A Large Pool Swan?

While celebrities like Kendall Jenner, Victoria Justice and Madonna ventured out to Coachella last weekend, so did millionaire playboy Dan Bilzerian, in a 2000hp helicopter.

There are many ways to enjoy Coachella and it's many performances such as Drake's performance that was interrupted by Madonna so she could plant a big ole kiss on him. Bilzerian possibly topped all of them as he flew over the crowds and trailers all across the venue. While he hasn't posted any photos of him enjoying the festivities from the ground, it's safe to say that he was just enjoying his time in the air.
What puzzles us most however, is the photo before the one above where Bilzerian is seen in the company of two beautiful women (both IG Accounts here and here.) It's not the fact that he is enjoying the company of two beautiful women, at times it's way more than two women, however, lurking in the shadows and photo-bombing the hell out of the picture is a super-sized swan.
Is the over-sized swan Bilzerian's take on a rubber ducky perhaps? Either way he's still on Instagram despite damn near nude photos of women, still has a ton of money and still parties without a care in the world living his life to the very fullest. The time for being jealous has long left, instead followers of Bilzerian might just need to admit how impressed they are at a man who escaped charges of the possession of bomb materials and is allowed to fly a helicopter just a few weekends later.

Bilzerian threw pornstar Janice Griffith off his roof and into a pool

This is not the first time Bilzerian's crazy antics have got him into trouble with the law.
At the end of last year he found himself on the end of a lawsuit after model Vanessa Castano claimed he kicked her in the face in a nightclub.
Footage from the scene appears to show Bilzerian dancing on a stage in a club in South Beach, Miami, with the crowd below him, before he lashes out with his foot.
However, last month police said they were no longer investigating the model's claims.

Bilzerian has been in trouble with the law before after pornstar Janice Griffith, 19, attempted to sue him for $85,000 when he threw her off his roof and into a pool, breaking her foot

Bilzerian goes on to warn viewers that they can kill themselves or others when shooting exploding targets, before urging people to 'be responsible'.
He then ends the film by saying 'jail... let's not do that again', the same phrase he sent to his followers after he was initially released from custody, along with a picture of himself on his private jet with two young women.
Bilzerian has a following of 7million people on Instagram where he has become known for posting images of scantily clad women, wild parties, and his extension gun collection.
His outlandish lifestyle has led to legions of fans and critics following his every move, which is all funded by his vast inherited wealth.
And it was that following the Bureau of Land Management decided to tap into when they agreed not to jail Bilzerian following his arrest last year.
Instead of locking him away, they gave him a rather nominal $10,000 fine, but also strong-armed him into making the film, which has since been widely viewed.

The notorious 'King of Instagram' got in trouble with the law and struck a plea deal to make this crazy PSA

The notorious 'King of Instagram' got in trouble with the law and struck a plea deal to make this crazy PSA

As part of a deal cut with prosecutors because of an explosives charge, Dan Bilzerian (aka the "King of Instagram") had to film a PSA for the Bureau of Land Management about shooting guns responsibly.
Since that bit of news was announced in early February, fans and haters of the Instagram-famous Bilzerian have been waiting patiently for the PSA to arrive.
Bilzerian, who has amassed over 7 million followers on Instagram by posting pictures of scantily clad women, guns, stacks of money, and private planes, is hardly reserved in any medium in which he has shown off his life of luxury to his fans. He was recently kicked off Snapchat (hours after joining) when he published a story that contained video of female breasts.
People have been wondering about the PSA since it was announced nearly seven weeks ago. What would it say? What would Bilzerian be like on camera for a government-mandated educational video? It was hard to imagine Bilzerian reading from a script.
Six weeks later, the PSA has finally been released, and it's pretty amazing. It's about gun safety in open land, and Bilzerian is speaking as if someone is actually holding a gun to his head.
He's one-note the entire time.

Then, the camera pans out, and we see the background of the room in which Bilzerian is filming.
Lots of fun Easter eggs here!

He says a lot of things about gun safety — and it's definitely scripted — but making the PSA means Bilzerian can avoid jail time.

Dan Bilzerian's Flashy Lifestyle

Dan Bilzerian Sued Roof-Tossed Porn Star ... He Should've Known I Can't Fly

Dan Bilzerian Sued Roof-Tossed Porn Star ...

He Should've Known I Can't Fly

It's officially open season on Instagram playboy Dan Bilzerian -- he's been hit with his 2nd lawsuit in a week ... this time from the porn star he tossed off a roof and into a pool.

Janice Griffith just filed the suit against Bilzerian and Hustler magazine for the stunt she says left her with a broken foot. In her suit, Janice says Huster hired her to do a photoshoot at Dan's home back in April ... which would show off his "extravagant lifestyle."

She says the porn star-pool toss was suggested by Bilzerian and Hustler -- and she was assured it would be safe. She says they should've known she didn't have the skills to pull off the stunt ... based on her "experiences and qualifications." Translation: porn stars can't fly, dummy.

According to the suit, after the stunt went awry ... she was offered booze to ease her pain. She doesn't say if she accepted.

Afterward, Janice says she reached out to Bilzerian and his attorney -- and got back a letter from them she calls "unprofessional." Gotta say ... It was a pretty epic retort.

Bilzerian got sued last week by a chick he kicked in LIV Nightclub in Miami.

Janice is suing for unspecified damages and lost wages. Apparently the broken-foot-fetish market isn't booming.

... Before Blowout Fight

Drew Rosenhaus' wife was partying with epically-bearded Hollywood playboy Dan Bilzerian in the weeks before her blowout fight with the sports mega-agent ... and even posed for some close-up ass shots ... TMZ Sports has learned.

We broke the story ... Drew and Lisa Thomson got into a heated verbal altercation at their Miami home Sunday night -- with the police responding to the scene to cool things down.

But the question -- did the pics trigger the war at home?? Our sources are divided ...

Dan Bilzerian Wins BIG in Bomb Case

Dan Bilzerian

Wins BIG in Bomb Case

Dan Bilzerian is the bomb when it comes to plea bargaining, because we've learned he's been cleared of felony bomb-making charges.
TMZ broke the story ... Bilzerian was arrested at LAX in December for allegedly possessing explosives with the intent to make a bomb. He was charged with 2 felonies, including possession of a component of an explosive with the intent to make a bomb.
But the notorious playboy cut a deal, with the help of mega-lawyers David Chesnoff and Richard Schonfeld. The felonies were dismissed and Bilzerian pled no contest to a misdemeanor -- failing to extinguish a fire in the open.
Bilzerian gets no jail time and no firearms restrictions. He had to pay $20K for blowing up his own tractor trailer. The reason he has to pay is because he blew the truck up on public land so the money will be used for cleanup.

DJ Pauly D Puts Up Half A Mil For D. Bilz Lambo

DJ Pauly D Puts Up Half A Mil For D. Bilz Lambo

DJ Pauly D just dropped nearly half a million bucks on a ride to Vegas ... he snagged Dan Bilzerian's sick Lambo and hit the high desert. Things are going EXTREMELY well for Pauly … our car sources say he helped Instagram's Most Interesting Man lighten his crazy load of exotic cars by nabbing the Lambo DB posted on Ebay, for only $450k, then blazed his way to Sin City.

Bilzerian was asking $500k for the 2013 Aventador Roadster ... and nobody bit, but Pauly took it for a spin Monday, Dan dropped his price, and they sealed the deal. Pauly -- who's doing a residency at the Vegas Hard Rock -- tells TMZ ... the car's a monster and he's always wanted it ... he even bought his daughter one -- think PowerWheels.
Only thing it needs is a fresh coat of bronzer.

Police Close Investigation Against 'King of Instagram' Dan Bilzerian

Last year, Dan Bilzerian was in trouble.

In December, the poker player and playboy was sued by Miami-based model Vanessa Castano, who claimed that he had kicked her in the face at a trendy South Beach club.

"Bilzarian was on an elevated dancing platform," the lawsuit reads, "and violently and intentionally kicked plaintiff in the face while wearing what resembled military boots."

Things soon went downhill for Bilzerian, 34, who has been dubbed the "King of Instagram" because of his 7.1 million followers. Miami Beach police launched a criminal investigation into what happened that night.

Days later, he was arrested in Los Angeles on felony explosive charges for allegedly detonating a homemade bomb at an unofficial shooting range outside Las Vegas.

But now, it appears that Bilzerian will not face any criminal charges in the incident. A Miami Beach Police Department spokesperson confirms to PEOPLE that the investigation into the nightclub incident has been closed. And earlier this month, the explosive charges went away after Bilzerian pleaded no contest to a reduced misdemeanor charge of failing to extinguish a fire. He paid restitution and will film a PSA.

'I'm Ready to Move On'

Shortly after the Miami incident, cell phone video of the altercation appeared online – and was given to police.

"They did a full investigation," Bilzerian tells PEOPLE. "They got the club's [surveillance] video, which is much better and clearer than the handheld video that was posted online. And it shows that I didn't kick anyone."

So what does Bilzerian say happened? "I broke up a fight," he says. "And then I spoke to police afterwards."

Police tell PEOPLE that Bilzerian was "generally cooperative" in the investigation, but they won't confirm or dispute whether he was breaking up a fight. Castano and her attorney did not return messages for comment. The civil case is still pending.

"I don't believe in violence against women," Bilzerian says. "I would never assault a woman. It got blown so far out of proportion."

Bilzerian's attorney, Jose Baez, had been dealing with the Miami Beach police. "They concluded their investigation and found no reason to charge my client," he says. "This matter is behind him."

As for the plea deal in the explosives case: "I'm happy with the outcome," he says. "I think it was fair; I did leave a fire unattended. I admit that. But it's over now, and I'm ready to move on."

Fast Living

Bilzerian seems to have a take-no-prisoners approach to life. His social media presence includes pictures of fast cars, guns, celebrities and scantily clad women.

"I'm just living my life the way I want to," he says. "I have the freedom to do that."

But even he understands that his ostentatious displays may rub people the wrong way. "People see my pictures and think that I'm an a--hole," he says, "but I'm really not trying to go in that direction."

"I'm getting more active in productive stuff," he says. "Movies, possibly a TV show ... and charity work. I already do some charity, but I don't necessarily talk about it. That doesn't mean I don't do it."

"Everyone has a right to their own opinion about me, and that's fine" he adds, "I'm just going to keep being myself and living my life. That's all I can do."
